Freedom in the United States is the Peoples Right to speak their mind, peaceably assemble, and protest, and are treasured and preserved in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
In general, courts are reluctant to allow government limitations on these rights, and the government must show valid reasons for any restrictions.
